I joined American Financial Services in July of 2016. I rolled over a 401K from my
previous employer. Initially depositing $ 210,000.  As of today, May 20, 2024 my
balance has grown to $ 329,592. That's a 56.95% increase over a 94 month period.
The one thing I really appreciate about life contract investing is the simplicity, and the no
worry factor. Regardless of outside factors in the economy, or stock market, the
contracts will payout, and I will not lose the principal. I've had some pay off early and, I have had some go longer than the escrowed premiums when I bought into the contract.

As a client of American Financial & Retirement Services for 10+ years I originally was looking for something to invest in that was not affected by the ups and downs of the stock market. Since retiring 2 1/2 years ago my investments with AFRS continue to grow much better than my investments in the market. Of course I would like my investment to mature faster sometimes, but with a diversified portfolio with AFRS and the stock market and with patience I am pleased with AFRS and the freedom I have in choosing which investment to invest in. This option of selling your life insurance policy is the best answer in times of trouble for the seller.
It allows the seller to maintain their dignity and pay their mortgage and support their family.
